Key Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas * Execute hot and cold dishes, properly following recipe and plating guidelines. * Organize and restock throughout service to ensure proper mise en place. * Support daily kitchen prep by assisting with basic food prep or tasks when needed * Take out garbage, recycling, and compost as required * Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines consistently * Work with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations * Report any equipment or safety issues to management promptly
Education & Qualifications
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and team atmosphere * Demonstrates ability to multi-task and problem solve under pressure * Eagerness to learn new skills * Able to meet physical demands of environment, stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs
