About this role
*PK Construction Inc* is a rapidly growing contracting firm located in Tillsonburg, specializing in design/build, project management, and bid/build projects in the industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced *Site Supervisor *to join our team.
We are looking for Superintendents with 3 years + experience for small projects up to $2M as well as experienced Superintendents with 5 years + experience for larger projects up $20M.
*Responsibilities:*
* Managing all aspects of a job site * Scheduling, quantity surveying, coordination of subtrades and suppliers * A variety of skilled work not requiring the service of other licensed trade * General industrial and commercial carpentry
*Requirements:*
* have a minimum of 3 years commercial construction supervision experience with Canadian construction. * have experience with quantity surveying, scheduling and reading construction drawings * hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to jobsites within Southwestern Ontario * have strong communication, organizational and people skills
