Job description:
We are currently seeking professional, dependable Security Guards to join our team. This role requires individuals who demonstrate strong judgment, accountability, and the ability to perform effectively both independently and within a team environment. Successful candidates will provide coverage across multiple client sites throughout the Niagara Region, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Maintain a visible security presence and uphold site safety standards * Conduct routine patrols and monitor premises * Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies * Liaise with emergency services and authorities as required * Complete clear, concise, and accurate incident reports * Deliver professional customer service to clients and the public
*Required Qualifications:*
* Valid Ontario Security Guard License * Valid Standard First Aid/CPR certification * Valid Driver?s License with access to reliable transportation * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Ability to stand, sit, and patrol for extended periods * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and long weekends
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Post-secondary education in a law-related field * Previous security experience * Additional industry certifications * Smart Serve certification (considered an asset)
