Professional Cleaner ? Residential, Airbnb & Commercial
*Clean Ops / MAC Property Rescue ? Hamilton, ON* *Part-Time | 2 Positions Available* *Starting at $19/hour*
Clean Ops and MAC Property Rescue are growing, and we're looking for *two reliable, detail-oriented cleaners* to join our team in the Greater Hamilton Area.
Our team works across several types of properties, including *recurring residential homes, Airbnb/short-term rental properties, residential complexes and commercial/common-area spaces*.
We're looking for team members who enjoy variety. Some days you'll visit regular residential clients and become familiar with their homes and preferences. Other days you may be preparing an Airbnb for incoming guests or working at one of our larger properties.
Our goal is to train our employees across both sides of the business so everyone has the opportunity to gain experience in *residential and short-term rental/commercial cleaning*.
What You'll Be Doing
Your schedule may include:
* Recurring weekly and biweekly residential cleaning * Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers * Cleaning and resetting properties for incoming guests * Common-area and residential complex cleaning * Occasional move-in/move-out or deep cleans * Following property-specific cleaning checklists * Working independently and alongside other team members * Travelling between properties throughout the workday * Using QuickBooks Time/mobile scheduling for clocking in and job information
Our service area includes *Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Binbrook, Glanbrook and surrounding areas.*
Schedule
This is a *part-time position with variable weekly hours*.
Our residential work takes place primarily Monday through Friday, while our Airbnb and short-term rental operations run *7 days a week*.
For that reason, applicants must have a combination of *weekday and weekend daytime availability*.
*Weekend availability is required*, although this does not mean you will necessarily work every weekend.
Most work is scheduled during daytime hours, with our team generally beginning around *9:00 a.m.* Exact hours vary depending on the day's properties and bookings.
As our businesses continue to grow, there is potential for *additional hours and increased responsibility*.

* Be dependable and consistently arrive *on time and ready to work* * Have strong attention to detail * Take pride in leaving a property genuinely clean * Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team * Be friendly and professional when interacting with clients * Be able to follow instructions and property-specific checklists * Work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards * Communicate well with management and coworkers * Be comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, communication and time tracking * Be comfortable working in different homes and properties throughout the week * Be physically capable of regular cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, bending, lifting and working on your feet
Requirements
*A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required*, as employees travel between client properties.
Applicants must also have *weekday and weekend daytime availability*.
Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset, but *not required*. We're happy to train the right person.
For us, *reliability, attitude, work ethic and attention to detail are more important than having years of cleaning experience.*
Pay
*Starting wage: $19.00/hour*
Travel between scheduled jobs during the workday is paid in accordance with company policy and applicable employment standards.
