*Suds Hamilton is seeking a motivated Supervisor to join our team. Through our accredited training program, you?ll build the skills, certifications, and experience needed to advance into a leadership role within our organization.*
Responsibilities:
* Work as a team to help our customers maintain a clean vehicle * Develop a full understanding of company objectives, policies and procedures * Complete our Certification program * Supervise staff on the floor to ensure efficient and safe flow of work * Develop the ability to manage and/or assist our location
Requirements:
* A dedicated, hard-working individual that can take direction well * A team player with customer service experience * Previous management/supervisory experience is an asset * Ability to work under pressure * Self-motivated * Ability to notice things and take action, with a great attention to detail * Flexibility, as stores are open 7 days per week * Must have a valid driver?s license
