*About the Role:* Thrive at Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Home Health Aide to support a client in their home. This role involves a consistent schedule.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist with morning routine (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene) * Assist with meal prep * Light housekeeping related to care needs * Companionship and supervision during downtime * Maintain clear communication with the client and owner * Follow safety protocols and client preferences
*Qualifications:*
* Certified Health Care Aide required * Training in safe client handling and transfers * CPR/First Aid (or willingness to update) * Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector * Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract * Reliability, professionalism, excellent communication
*Schedule & Availability:*
* 8 hours per day (Mondays to Fridays) * Consistent weekly schedule * Must be dependable and punctual
*Compensation:*
* *$20/hour*, starting wage depending on experience * Additional hours may become available
