*The Opportunity* We've acquired a 40-year established physiotherapy clinic in Lower Sackville ? and we're bringing chiropractic to it for the first time.
You're not cold-starting. You're walking into a community institution with a 5,000+ patient database, decades of physician referral relationships, and a patient base that has never had access to chiropractic care on-site. The cross-referral opportunity from physiotherapy, acupuncture, and massage alone will drive your caseload from week one.
Chiropractic has never been offered at this location. You'll be the first. That's not a gap ? that's an open door.
