```Duties:``` - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets - Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, discounts, and product features - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
```Qualifications:``` - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred - Bilingual skills in English and [additional language] is a plus - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Knowledge of technology products or experience in technology sales is an asset
