*What You?ll Earn*
* $17.50/hr during paid training (30 days) * $18.00/hr after training * $19.00/hr within your first year * Weekly pay (employee, not contract) * Incentive program

*What the Job Looks Like*
You?ll clean 1?2 homes per day, working independently.
* Residential homes, apartments, and condos * Recurring client schedule (no constant changes) * Familiar homes and routines
You?ll go through a *paid 30-day training program*, working 1-on-1 with a supervisor so you feel confident and supported.

*Requirements (Must Have)*
* Valid Class 5 driver?s license * Reliable vehicle * Available Monday?Friday * Able to read and write English (Ukrainian support available)
