About this role

Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person who wants to develop their career in HR and join a small team to deliver a comprehensive service across the organisation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

The innovative HR function provides support services to the wider agency. It ensures policies and procedures are in line with current employment legislation and are implemented consistently.

Main duties of the job

The People Services Co-ordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional colleague experience by providing administrative support while upholding employment legislation to a high standard.

This is a generalist role that will administer functions with discretion, accuracy and professionalism. You will work with HR systems while supporting employee relations and contributing to a positive, compliant and engaged workplace culture. This is an exciting time to join us, and no two days are the same.

Following the successful completion of the induction period there is the opportunity for hybrid working.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

The successful candidate will hold the CIPD level 3 qualification and have a desire to progress your career in HR. You must be able to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation whilst also having the ability to work collaboratively. You will need to demonstrate adaptability and resilience, thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Experience Essential

Experience of working with electronic records. Experience of working within an Admin function. Experience of Microsoft Office.

Desirable

Experience of producing reports. Experience of the charitable sector. Experience of electronic databases e.g. Iris Cascade.
