Main duties of the job
Our Criminal Justice Team supports people involved in the criminal justice system to move towards healthier, more meaningful lives.
Working closely with courts, probation services and prisons, you'll play a vital role in helping people address substance misuse, reduce offending and build a more positive future.
This is a rewarding role for someone who understands that behind every individual is a person with the potential to change.

The Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) is a registered charity with more than 40 years experience transforming the lives of people affected by problematic drug and alcohol use.
Our Aspire partnership brings together ADS and Rotherham, Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH), combining the expertise and resources of NHS and voluntary-sector services.

Job description Job responsibilities
To manage a Criminal Justice caseload.
To support adhoc the running of clinics across the service on rota basis.
To support the delivery of a harm reduction advice.
Person Specification
Experience Essential
Knowledge of substances and their effects. Understanding of the recovery movement. Experience of a multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications Essential
If you have relevant experience in the substance misuse sector, a Level 3 Tackling Substance Misuse qualification or equivalent, and the motivation to help people move away from addiction and offending, we want to hear from you.
