Misión <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Are you a <strong>BMS Engineer</strong> looking to advance your career in the rapidly expanding global data centre industry?<br><br>We are seeking motivated and driven engineers to join our <strong>Building Management Systems (BMS) team in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru</strong>. As part of our multinational and multidisciplinary consultancy, you will work alongside experienced engineers and industry experts, supporting the delivery of cutting-edge data centre, industrial, and critical infrastructure projects across the region.<br><br>This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in <strong>BMS design, system integration, controls engineering, and commissioning</strong>, while collaborating closely with internal disciplines, external consultants, vendors, and clients. You will gain valuable exposure to <strong>complex, mission-critical facilities</strong> and contribute to projects from <strong>concept development and design coordination through testing, commissioning, and project delivery</strong>.<br><br>Engineers with <strong>3 to 7 years of relevant experience</strong> are encouraged to apply. </div> What will be your responsibilities? <ul><li>Prepare and develop BMS design deliverables, including system architecture, network topology, control schematics, point schedules, equipment schedules, panel drawings, and sequences of operation. </li><li><div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">Design detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.</div></li><li>Develop and verify BMS input and output point lists, alarm matrices, trend requirements, graphics requirements, and equipment integration matrices. </li><li>Integrate BMS interfaces with mechanical, electrical, ICT, EPMS, DCIM, fire alarm, fuel, liquid cooling, and other third-party systems. </li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project execution.</li><li>Review vendor submissions, datasheets, shop drawings, control panels, wiring diagrams, method statements, and testing documentation for technical compliance. </li><li>Define and validate integration requirements using BACnet IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, SNMP, OPC UA, MQTT, or other approved protocols. </li><li>Support panel engineering, controller and remote I/O selection, network design, device addressing, cable and containment requirements, and system redundancy arrangements. </li><li>Attend design coordination meetings, technical workshops, client presentations, and site inspections, and provide clear technical responses to RFIs and comments. </li><li>Support factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, point-to-point testing, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, and final commissioning. </li><li>Monitor engineering progress, identify design risks and interface gaps, and coordinate corrective actions with project stakeholders. </li><li>Ensure all work complies with project specifications, approved standards, safety requirements, and B-Global Tech’s quality procedures. </li></ul> This is the profile we are looking for <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Automation, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering) or an equivalent qualification. </li><li>3-7 years of experience in control systems, PLC programming, SCADA configuration, or BMS commissioning. Experience in a data centre, modular plant, or critical infrastructure environment is highly advantageous. </li><li>Good understanding of HVAC controls, electrical monitoring, energy metering, sensors, actuators, control valves, PLCs, DDC controllers, and remote I/O systems. </li><li>Solid grasp of data centre control architecture (BMS, DCIM, power monitoring) and protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, OPC UA). </li><li>Knowledge of IP networking, serial communications, protocol gateways, cybersecurity fundamentals, and resilient system architecture. </li><li>Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, P&ID drawings, control schematics, and technical specifications. </li><li>Competency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and engineering documentation tools. </li><li>Proficient in English, with the ability to write high-quality, detailed technical reports.</li></ul> Our benefits <ol><li>Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days in the office, with the remaining 3 days working from home</li><li>Company-provided laptop and accessories</li><li>Medical & Outpatient benefits</li><li>Hospitalization insurance </li><li>Annual leave – starting from 18 days per year</li><li>Performance-based annual bonus (based on KPIs)</li><li>Annual salary increment </li><li>Training and development opportunities to support your career growth</li></ol>
