Misión <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;">We are looking for a proactive, organised, and fluent English-speaking HR Executive to support HR operations and administrative activities in our Bangkok office. The role will be involved in coordination, employee onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, employee engagement initiatives, expatriate work pass administration, and general HR support.</div> What will be your responsibilities? <span><span style="font-size:inherit;"><strong>HR Operations & Employee Support</strong></span><br></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Support day-to-day HR operations and HR administration.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Prepare and maintain HR data, reports, trackers, headcount reports, and related documents.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, employment contracts, leave records, attendance records, and disciplinary records.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Assist in coordinating monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, new hires, terminations, and employee changes) with the payroll provider and/or Finance team, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Support the administration of employee benefits, insurance enrolment, and statutory contributions (e.g., Social Security and Provident Fund).</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Provide first-line HR support on policies, procedures, and employee-related enquiries, escalating matters where appropriate.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Support the HR Manager in organising and maintaining HR policies, procedures, templates, and filing systems.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.</span></li></ul><span style="font-size:inherit;"><strong>HR Governance & Compliance</strong></span><br><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Support HR projects and initiatives from planning through execution.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Support performance management processes, including tracking review and timelines, collating forms, and maintaining records.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Assist in preparing HR documentation for expatriate and international employees, including work permit and visa-related documentation.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Manage documentation related to HR policies, procedures, and employee files.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Liaise with external organisations and government agencies, including the Social Security Office, Labour Department, Revenue Department, and other relevant authorities.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and employment-related requirements.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and relevant authorities to support HR operations and initiatives.</span></li></ul><span style="font-size:inherit;"><strong>Learning & Development</strong></span><br><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Coordinate training and learning activities.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Support training logistics, participant coordination, venue/vendor arrangements, attendance tracking, evaluation, and follow-up.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Support learning initiatives and tools that enhance employee capability.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Assist in identifying training needs and tracking training completion and effectiveness.</span></li></ul><span style="font-size:inherit;"><strong>People & Culture</strong></span><br><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Support employee engagement, culture, and employee experience initiatives.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Coordinate internal activities, events, and communications that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.</span></li><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Maintain and support employee engagement programmes and activities.</span></li></ul><span style="font-size:inherit;"><strong>General Responsibilities</strong></span><br><ul><li><span style="font-size:inherit;">Perform any ad hoc projects, assignments, and other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or management.</span></li></ul> This is the profile we are looking for <ul><li>Thai Citizen </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, HR, or related field</li><li>Basic understanding of HR administration and Thai employment practices</li><li>Familiarity with Thai regulations and work pass processes is an advantage</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Able to work independently and in a team</li></ul> Our benefits 1.
