Production Worker ? Food IndustryLocation: Saint-Jérôme, QC Salary: $17.50/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site DESCRIPTIONAgence de Placement Trésor Inc. is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, a growing small and medium-sized business in the food industry located in Saint-Jérôme, for a Production Worker who is detail-oriented, energetic and reliable. The selected candidate will participate in various stages of food production and packaging while helping maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, cleanliness and food safety. Full on-site training will be provided. DUTIES • Participate in filling, packaging, labelling and sealing products; • Assist with the setup and dismantling of production rooms; • Complete production documents and records accurately; • Assist with the management and monitoring of raw material inventory; • Clean and sanitize equipment, surfaces and work areas; • Maintain a clean work environment that complies with sanitation and food safety standards; • Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and smooth operations; • Assist the cook with recipe preparation; • Handle and move raw materials and finished products; • Perform other related production duties as required. REQUIREMENTS • Ability to read and write in French; • Ability to lift and handle loads of up to 25 kg (55 lb); • Strong teamwork skills; • Detail-oriented, organized and thorough; • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment; • Reliable, punctual and responsible; • Previous experience in food processing or food production is considered an asset.
