Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Confer with clients to identify requirements. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery.
