Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Manage kitchen operations. Supervision: Cook (general). Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks. Work under pressure. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Day. Weekend. Support for newcomers and refugees: Does not require Canadian work experience.
