Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Interior. Plan and organize daily operations. Evaluate daily operations . Coordinate subcontractors activities . Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD. MS Project. MS Word. Type of experience: Commercial and/or industrial construction. Residential construction. Contractors. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Own tools/equipment: Hard hat. Steel-toed safety boots. Cellular phone.
