Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment. Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment. Repair or replace defective telephone equipment. Complete and maintain test and service reports. Determine nature, cause and location of trouble. Provide estimate of costs. Ensure smooth operation of equipment. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
