Tasks: Coordinate planting and cultivating activities. Direct agricultural crops clipping activities . Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Greenhouse cleaning. Mixing fertilizer. Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities. Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings. Maintain financial and production records. Perform general farm duties. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
