About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables. Carrying and replace linen. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Load buspans and trays. Place dishes in storage area. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. Scour pots and pans. Keep records of the quantities of food used. Package take-out food. Portion and wrap foods. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables. Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional oven. Grill. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Overtime required.
