About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Assemble mechanical parts into subassemblies. Assemble, fit and install prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finished products. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly. Operate automated assembling equipment. Fasten parts together using fastening and joining equipment. Operate or tend automated assembling equipment. Check mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for alignment and proper functioning.
