Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Supervision: 3-4 people. Type of crops: Blueberries. Equipment and machinery experience: Vegetable or fruit harvester. Personal suitability: Team player. Employment terms options: Early morning. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
