Education: Master's degree. Asset languages: Persian. Work setting: Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG). Staff accommodation provided. Tasks: Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Direct quality control inspections. Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques. Organize and maintain inventory. Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget. Provide general information to customers on beauty products. Plan and estimate labour and materials. Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
