Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Information technology. Computer science. Logistics, materials, and supply chain management. Tasks: Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests. Resolve product and service related problems. Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties. Develop and document software testing plans.
