Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Staff accommodation provided. Rural area. Remote location. Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities. Enforce policies and procedures. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff. Monitor safety conditions. Maintain inventory of supplies. Food safety/handling skills. Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs. Co-ordinate maintenance activities of trade contractors. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Perform minor property maintenance. Inspect processes.
