Carpenter Helper Wanted
Tekton Design & Property Management is looking for a dependable carpenter helper to join our crew in the St. John?s/Paradise area.
Responsibilities
* Assist with residential wood framing * Assist with interior renovations and general carpentry * Help with demolition, drywall, flooring, trim and finish work * Carry, cut and organize lumber and building materials * Help frame floors, walls and roofs * Install sheathing, blocking and hardware * Maintain a clean and safe jobsite * Follow instructions and work efficiently with the crew
Requirements
* Construction, renovation or framing experience is an asset * Comfortable working outdoors and at heights * Physically capable of lifting construction materials * Reliable transportation to jobsites * Dependable, punctual and willing to learn * Safety boots and basic PPE required
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
