An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years’ PQE to join a growing Employment team in Hampshire.
This is a specialist role with a particular focus on settlement agreements, offering the opportunity to develop your expertise while taking a leading role in the growth of the team.
The Role:
You will handle a busy caseload of employment matters, with a strong focus on settlement agreements. The role will also give you the opportunity to:
Develop specialist expertise in settlement agreementsManage a high-quality and varied Employment caseloadBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsHelp grow and lead the Employment teamMentor and support junior members of the teamContribute to the continued development of the practice About You:
Qualified Employment Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with 8+ years’ PQEStrong Employment Law backgroundExcellent technical knowledge and attention to detailSignificant experience handling settlement agreementsConfident working independently and managing your own caseloadStrong client-facing and communication skillsAmbitious and keen to take on a leadership role What’s on Offer?
