Robert Walters are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner opportunity with a global PE backed group in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused qualified accountant looking to step into a genuinely commercial, high-impact business partnering role, working closely with senior stakeholders across a key division of a large international organisation.
Working closely with the Head of Finance, you'll develop a deep understanding of the division's commercial and operational drivers, providing insight and challenge to support improved business performance.
The role will involve:
Budgeting, forecasting & long-term planningRevenue, margin & profitability analysisPricing & investment decision makingClient and practice-area profitabilityUtilisation & KPI performanceWorking capital & cash conversionFinancial modelling & scenario analysisBusiness cases and strategic decision supportReporting, governance & process improvementTransformation and wider change initiatives
The successful applicant:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifiedFinance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A experience within professional servicesConfident influencing senior stakeholders including across an international remitAbility to build financial models with scenario analysisDrives commercial decision-making and can present informed business casesExposure to finance transformation and process improvements
You'll be joining a high-performing Finance team within a well-established international business, with genuine exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the performance and future direction of a key division. You will join a business known for internal opportunities, development and quick progression. There will be a likely exit in the next 2-3 years in which you'll play a role.
