We're supporting a leading UK organisation to appoint an experienced Project Manager on an interim basis.
This is a highly visible role sitting within the Operations function, leading a series of critical transformation initiatives linked to future operating model design.

We're supporting a leading UK organisation looking for a Project Manager to review an existing operational service line, current processes, future-state operating models and improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex operational change and transformation projects from initiation through to implementationCoordinate multiple workstreams across Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Services and Leadership teamsDevelop and execute transition and mobilisation plansManage risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communicationsDrive business readiness activity including process design, training, communications and go-live planningSupport workforce transition activity, including potential TUPE considerationsFacilitate workshops to define current and future operating modelsBuild strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external customers What We're Looking For Proven Project Management experience delivering complex operational change programmesStrong background in business transformation, mobilisation or transition projectsExperience working with field-based operational workforcesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across operational and corporate functionsExperience of workforce change, organisational redesign or TUPE programmes would be advantageousUtilities, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications or service operations experience highly desirable
