We are an established technology-driven organisation in Cardiff offering a hybrid working model for this Software Engineering Team Lead role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Engineer or Team Lead who enjoys technical leadership, mentoring engineers and shaping engineering practices. You will play a key role in guiding Agile teams, influencing architecture and helping drive the technical direction of a modern software platform. The role is predominantly hands-off, although you will be expected to get stuck into development when timelines are tight.
