Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience with C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure
- Experience building AI agentic tools and applications
- Experience developing and deploying AI solutions in live production environments
- Strong understanding of APIs, backend services, and enterprise application integration
- Experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or similar technologies
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration
- Eligibility to obtain SC Security Clearance
- Python experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience in the Public Sector or other regulated environments is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agentic tools and applications using Microsoft Azure
- Develop production-ready software and APIs using C#/.NET and Azure AI services
- Build multi-agent systems and AI-powered workflows that integrate with existing applications and data sources
- Apply prompt engineering, RAG, and agent orchestration techniques to improve AI performance
- Implement AI security, monitoring, testing, and governance measures
- Own solutions throughout the development lifecycle, from initial design through to production
- Work with clients and technical stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that meet business requirements
- Support and mentor other engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
