We are supporting an established financial services organisation as it grows its Product Engineering team. This brand-new Engineering Manager position offers the opportunity to lead an engineering team, improve delivery processes and help shape the future of our technology function. The role is based at our Cardiff office, with three days onsite per week. Compensation is up to £90,000 per annum plus an annual bonus, with 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, private health insurance and an annual leave purchase scheme.
