Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, ideally in public sector or large enterprise environmentsStrong technical understanding, including experience working with development and architecture teamsExperience delivering digital and IT solutions across varied technologies and platformsStrong knowledge of Agile, iterative, and/or Waterfall delivery methodologiesExperience creating backlogs, user stories, customer journeys, and acceptance criteriaExcellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skillsAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business languageStrong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilitiesExperience working in multidisciplinary delivery teamsDesirable: experience supporting digital transformation or large-scale IT change programmesDesirable: knowledge of systems integration, APIs, data analysis, or data modellingDesirable: familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration platformsDesirable: understanding of government or public sector frameworks and standardsDesirable: experience mentoring junior team members or contributing to business analysis best-practice communitiesBackground checks and security clearance may be required depending on project requirements.
