Salary: £50,000 - 90,000 per year

Responsibilities: We will lead the development and evolution of our enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.We will drive the adoption of Agility core practices within our architectural design and delivery processes to improve responsiveness and speed to market.We will perform comprehensive business modelling to translate strategic goals into tangible architectural requirements and solutions.We will foster a culture of creativity and innovation by encouraging exploration of new technologies and approaches to solve complex business challenges.We will conduct in-depth data analysis and contribute to data design principles to ensure data integrity, security, and effective utilization across our enterprise.We will monitor emerging technologies, assess their potential impact and value to our business, and recommend adoption strategies where appropriate.We will ensure robust information assurance practices are embedded in all architectural designs to safeguard our data and systems.We will oversee integration strategies and patterns to ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability across our systems and applications.We will provide leadership and guidance in IT management to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness across our IT landscape.We will develop and refine our IT strategy and planning so architectural decisions support long-term business growth and sustainability.We will champion service operations and resilience by designing architectures that minimize downtime and support business continuity.We will provide expert guidance in solution architecture, overseeing the design and implementation of complex business solutions.We will lead systems development management initiatives and establish best practices for system development and lifecycle management.We will act as a key technical specialism resource, providing deep technical expertise to internal teams and stakeholders.We will conduct user experience analysis to ensure our architectural decisions contribute to intuitive and effective user experiences for our employees and customers.
