Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of technical or IT projects, ideally within an MSP, IT services, or similar technical environmentSolid working knowledge of core IT infrastructure, including networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switching), servers, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or AWS), and virtualisationConfident using project management methodologies and tools such as Prince2, Agile, or similar; PSA or project management tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or Monday.com are a bonusStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently in both technical and client-facing environmentsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsBased in or commutable to TeessideRelevant certifications such as Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, ITIL, or similar are desirableBackground in cyber security, cloud migration, or telecoms projects is desirableExperience managing budgets and commercial project reporting is desirable Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and client communicationWork closely with engineering teams to translate technical scope into deliverable project plansAct as the key point of contact for clients throughout project lifecyclesCoordinate third-party vendors and suppliers where requiredKeep projects on time, on budget, and on scope, and communicate clearly when they are notContribute to continuous improvement of our project delivery processes as we scale Technologies: AWSAzureCloudITILLANMicrosoft 365SecurityOffice 365NetworkProject Manager More:
