About this role
We are looking for a Windows Administrator to maintain, support, and improve our Windows-based infrastructure. You will ensure the stability, security, and performance of Windows servers and related services. What you will do Administer and maintain Windows Server environments. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user access. Monitor server availability, performance, and resource usage. Investigate and resolve operating system, network, and service-related incidents. Install updates, security patches, and software packages. Manage user accounts, permissions, certificates, and service accounts. Support backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery procedures. Maintain virtual machines and Windows-based services. Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell. Document system configurations, procedures, and resolved incidents. Cooperate with infrastructure, network, security, and support teams. What we expect Professional experience administering Windows Server environments. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. Understanding of TCP/IP networking, authentication, and access management. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Familiarity with monitoring, backup, and endpoint security tools. Basic PowerShell scripting skills. Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and manage priorities. English sufficient for internal communication and technical documentation. Nice to have Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with high-availability Windows services. Familiarity with configuration-management and automation tools. Relevant Microsoft certifications.
