About this role
We are looking for an HR Assistant with a generalist profile to support the full employee lifecycle in our Bratislava office. The role combines recruitment, HR administration, employee support, reporting, and coordination of internal HR processes. Responsibilities Support recruitment from vacancy publication and candidate screening to interviews and offers. Coordinate onboarding, probation, internal transfers, and offboarding. Prepare HR documents and maintain accurate employee records. Update information in HR systems and prepare regular headcount reports. Respond to employees’ questions regarding HR policies and internal procedures. Coordinate performance reviews, training, benefits, and employee-development activities. Support foreign employees with relocation, residence, and employment documentation. Communicate with external providers and relevant Slovak authorities. Assist with company events and employee-engagement initiatives. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal HR standards. Requirements At least two years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or an HR generalist role. Understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes. Experience preparing HR documentation and maintaining personnel records. Basic knowledge of Slovak employment legislation and administrative requirements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage several priorities and work independently. Confident use of Excel, Google Sheets, and standard office applications. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. English and Russian at Upper-Intermediate level or higher. Good command of Slovak. Nice to have Experience in an international or IT company. Experience with HRIS or applicant-tracking systems. Familiarity with immigration, relocation, and work-permit processes. Experience working with contractors and external service providers.
