About this role
We are looking for a Community Manager to build and develop an active community around our technology brand. You will communicate with users, create engaging content, organize online activities, and represent the interests of the community within the company. Responsibilities Manage and moderate the company’s communities across social media, forums, and messaging platforms. Create and maintain a community content and activity calendar. Write posts, announcements, newsletters, and other community materials. Respond to comments and questions and direct technical or commercial enquiries to the appropriate teams. Organize webinars, online events, discussions, surveys, and other engagement activities. Build relationships with active community members, partners, experts, and brand advocates. Collect user feedback and communicate relevant insights to Product, Marketing, Support, and other teams. Monitor community sentiment, industry discussions, and competitor activity. Track engagement, audience growth, and other community-performance indicators. Maintain a consistent and professional tone of communication. Requirements At least two years of experience in community management, social media, communications, content creation, or a similar role. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Experience managing online communities and responding to users. Ability to plan content and manage several communication channels. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail. Ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain a professional tone. Basic understanding of community and social-media analytics. English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher. Interest in technology and the ability to understand technical products. Experience in hosting, cloud services, SaaS, gaming, or another technology industry. Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian. Experience organizing online or offline events. Familiarity with content-design, email-marketing, or analytics tools. Experience working with an international audience.
