About this role
We are looking for a Billing Support Specialist to assist international customers with invoices, payments, contracts, and other account-related matters. Responsibilities Resolve billing enquiries via tickets and live chat in Russian and English. Create and review invoices, refunds, credits, and payment records. Investigate differences between billing, invoicing, and CRM data. Prepare customer contracts and support the signing process. Coordinate complex requests with Finance, Sales, Account Management, and Support. Keep customer information and case records accurate and up to date. Prepare and maintain internal and external billing instructions. Requirements At least two years of experience in billing support, customer service, finance operations, or contract administration. Understanding of invoicing, payments, refunds, and account balances. Experience with CRM, ticketing, billing, or financial systems. Good numerical and analytical abilities. Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial data. Ability to prioritize requests and take responsibility for their resolution. Fluent Russian and English at Intermediate level or higher. Clear and professional customer communication skills. Nice to have Experience in hosting, cloud services, SaaS, or telecommunications. Knowledge of recurring billing and international payments. Confident Excel or Google Sheets skills. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
