About this role
What you will do Handle and resolve technical requests through the ticketing system. Troubleshoot Linux systems, physical and virtual servers, storage, hardware, and network connectivity. Use command-line tools, logs, monitoring platforms, and remote-management interfaces for diagnostics. Investigate operating-system, DNS, routing, latency, packet-loss, and server-hardware issues. Restore customer access and coordinate physical interventions with data-centre engineers when required. Escalate complex incidents with complete logs, test results, and technical findings. Keep customers informed and clearly explain investigation results and solutions. Maintain technical documentation and cooperate with Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Provisioning teams. What we expect At least two years of experience in technical support, Linux administration, NOC operations, hosting, or a similar role. Practical administration experience with Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, or comparable Linux distributions. Confident Linux command-line skills, including services, processes, permissions, packages, file systems, and logs. Good understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, DNS, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, network ports, and basic firewall principles. Understanding of server hardware, storage, RAID, and hardware-health indicators. Experience with ticketing, monitoring, logging, or remote server-management tools. A structured troubleshooting approach and the ability to identify and document root causes. Strong attention to detail, case ownership, and the ability to manage multiple incidents. English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
