Salary: £70,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: Previous experience in IT Internal Audit within a regulated environment.Strong knowledge of technology risk, governance, and IT audit methodologies.Experience leading end-to-end IT audits and producing high-quality audit reports.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.A collaborative, inquisitive approach with the confidence to challenge and influence.Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CISM are desirable but not essential.Experience of IT controls, JSOX, or internal control frameworks would be advantageous.Financial services or insurance experience would be beneficial, although candidates from other regulated industries will also be considered. Responsibilities: Lead IT audit engagements from planning through to reporting.Assess technology risks across technology and business functions.Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver meaningful, risk-based assurance.Present clear, practical recommendations to stakeholders across the organisation.Engage with senior stakeholders throughout the audit process.
