About this role

- Identify new application and potential by joint engineering work with customers.
- Develop technical competence in the field of medical application; Provide high quality lab support and sampling for medical component design/products based on the internal and external customer re-quests.
- Coordinate among Business units, local sales team, customers and production department for busi-ness/technical related issues and transfer the design to mass production state.
- Drive project with planning, execution and reporting to achieve milestone and project targets.
- Conduct competitor monitoring and analysis.
- 您的简历 University degree or above, major in Optical Engineering.
- Good knowledge and skill on Mechanical, Optical application for medical device.
- Proven experience of project management.
- Preferable working experience in medical industry.
- Fluently spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability of analysis and problem solving with creative thinking.
- The ability of project development, follow-up and management.
