Requirements: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Trust IT Manager with a real flair for technology and a passion for exemplary customer service.You should have at least 2-3 years experience working in a school as an IT Network Manager or IT Manager.You need an excellent understanding of the requirements and responsibilities of working within the school environment.You should have experience upgrading a school IT network system.You must be self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.You should have exceptional customer service skills.You need the ability to work both within a team and independently.You should have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying service improvements.You must be willing to work subject to an enhanced DBS check. Responsibilities: We will rely on you to manage, install, maintain, monitor, develop, and secure the schools ICT network and infrastructure.You will manage the schools network infrastructure and ICT-based applications.You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop IT across the school and help plan projects.You will facilitate communication between the school and us, keeping up to date with the services we offer.You will manage customer accounts.You will manage the day-to-day workload of IT Technicians and support their development.You will provide technical advice, training, and support to staff so they can use systems effectively.You will oversee day-to-day IT operations and ensure requests are handled efficiently.You will monitor and maintain key systems including switches, virtual and physical server environments, and backups.You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support.You will enforce and monitor compliance with school policies.You will train internal staff.You will line manage ICT support staff and ensure they receive appropriate support, guidance, and training to deliver a high-quality ICT support service.
