Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements: Professional knowledge and experience in user-centered design methodologiesAbility to partner with clients to build and grow UCD capabilitiesExperience navigating complexities within public services or regulated industriesExpertise in identifying opportunities for service innovation and inclusive designSkills in leading and testing prototypes, including participant recruitmentAbility to conduct service audits and recommend improvementsStrong storytelling skills to communicate strategic thinking to stakeholdersKnowledge in business models, operating models, and organizational structuresExperience mentoring and leading other designersFamiliarity with agency or consulting environmentsBackground in Central Government projects following GDS service standardsTechnical skills in mapping system complexities and articulating service propositionsAbility to translate ideas into high-fidelity designs based on data insightsExperience in co-design approaches to engage users and stakeholdersCapable of creating visual artifacts for communicating ideas and servicesKnowledge of testing end-to-end services and maintaining user-centered design Responsibilities: Support the Lead Service Designer and Project Director in client project deliveryAssist delivery colleagues in swiftly addressing project issuesCommunicate the value of service design and user-centered approaches confidentlySupport business development activities, including pitch presentationsAdapt to constructive feedback and manage difficult conversations effectivelyActively contribute to Community of Practice activities, defining best practicesStay informed on industry trends and share knowledge with team membersLine manage other designers and address emerging issues promptlyAdapt design approaches to fit client organizational cultures and readiness for changeFoster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams at TPXimpactMaintain and update skills to stay current with the field of expertise Technologies: SupportUX UI Design More:
