About this role
In your new role, you will also process the following requests: 1. Training interns and engineers, including additional roles and knowledge gap topics; conducting assessments and providing regular feedback. 2. Assisting interns and junior engineers with complex or unusual requests. 3. Moderating support channels and reviewing intern responses. 4. Preparing and updating knowledge base and Confluence materials (articles, blogs, instructions) and responding to comments. 5. Monitoring engineers’ performance and quality within the assigned location. 6. Participating in hiring support: candidate interviews, reviewing test assignments. 7. Maintaining training progress reports and assisting in error analysis. 8. Requesting necessary access rights as needed.
