Are you passionate about helping others, eager to grow in the healthcare field, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Elite Sports Injury is looking for a dedicated Physiotherapy/Administrative Assistant to join our Transcona clinic!
Daytime shifts (8am-2pm), 2-4 shifts per week
This permanent, part-time role offers a unique blend of hands-on patient care and clinic operations. If you?re detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional support, we?d love to hear from you!
*What You?ll Do:*
* Guide patients through prescribed exercise routines and ensure proper equipment use * Assist physiotherapists with treatments, including applying heat/ice packs and removing modalities * Handle front desk responsibilities: answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage data entry * Accurately maintain patient records while upholding strict confidentiality standards * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for optimal patient care
*What You Bring:*
* Education & Experience: Kinesiology training or relevant physical healthcare knowledge, plus 1+ years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare setting preferred) * Communication & Customer Service: Exceptional ability to engage with patients and team members professionally and compassionately * Organization & Multitasking: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and comfort handling multiple responsibilities at once * Tech-Savviness: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new patient systems and software * Physical Fitness: Comfortable with the physical demands of assisting patients in a clinical setting * Team Player & Self-Starter: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Pay: From $16.25 per hour
