Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, including site preparation, building, and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
* Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling land * Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, or bulldozers (training provided) * Perform paving tasks and other surface finishing activities * Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members * Assist with the installation of structures, frameworks, and other construction elements * Carry materials and tools to designated areas on the job site * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area * Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required * Ability to operate heavy equipment (training available) * Experience with paving or similar surface work is a plus * Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team * Strong attention to safety procedures and guidelines * Construction experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
