We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. *Duties*
* Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials * Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, bulldozers, or excavators (training provided) * Perform paving tasks and assist with laying asphalt or concrete surfaces * Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently * Use hand tools and power tools for various construction activities * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment * Support team members in moving materials, setting up scaffolding, and other site activities * Assist in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed for projects
*Skills*
* Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential * Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively (training available) * Knowledge of paving techniques is a plus * Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks in outdoor environments * Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team * Attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset * Ability to follow instructions accurately and adapt to changing project needs
Pay: $17.25-$30.99 per hour
