Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Coordinate the flow of information. Schedule and confirm appointments. Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings or conferences. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents. Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?. Are you available to start on the date listed in the job posting?. Do you have experience working in this field?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
