About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef. Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Manage kitchen operations. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
